These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of goldenbriidge.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Golden Briidge is an online-only store. We do not operate a public retail storefront, showroom, or customer pickup location.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We do not guarantee that any product is suitable for every pet.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information at any time.

Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended for general pet-care, grooming, play, enrichment, feeding, or accessory use unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for:

  • Reading and following product instructions
  • Using products only as intended
  • Selecting products suitable for your pet
  • Supervising your pet where appropriate
  • Inspecting products before use

Do not allow a pet to use a product that is damaged, torn, broken, loose, or otherwise unsafe. Remove products if your pet attempts to swallow parts, chew fabric, or use the product in an unsafe manner.

Golden Briidge is not responsible for injury, property damage, or product damage caused by misuse, improper supervision, unsuitable pet selection, failure to follow instructions, use on incompatible pets, or use of a damaged product.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We may change prices, promotions, bundle pricing, product availability, or purchase limits at any time.

Payment must be made at checkout using an available payment method. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The information provided is accurate

If a pricing, shipping, discount, tax, inventory, or payment error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the affected order. If the order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an email confirming that we received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we process it for fulfillment, send a shipping confirmation, or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Inaccurate product or pricing information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • Incomplete shipping information
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Restrictions imposed by payment providers or carriers

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

We currently offer online shipping within the United States. Available shipping options are:

  • Free Shipping: estimated delivery of 2–7 business days
  • Standard Shipping: $7.69, estimated delivery of 1–2 business days

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, supply-chain conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must meet the condition requirements described in the Return & Refund Policy.

For eligible customer-preference returns:

  • Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products should be reported within the time stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

We may inspect returned products before approving, partially approving, or declining a refund. Direct exchanges are not guaranteed and may require a return followed by a new order.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, designs, videos, product arrangements, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to Golden Briidge or GOLDEN BRIDGE LLC.

You may view or download Site content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially use Site content

  • Carrier delays or delivery issues
  • Misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Use of products with unsuitable pets
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of data
  • Third-party websites, services, or content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to the Site, these Terms, or a product purchased from us will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
